Restaurant Recipe Card Template

Kitchen roles are much easier when specs or recipes are easy to view and train from. Cooks are are to expand their capabilities when they are confident they know the correct information.

These templates make it easy to edit the information specific to your restaurant while keeping a structured system to the resource itself. I developed these cards when I had no luck finding such a template on my own years ago at a time when I desperately needed to be able to quickly print such a resource. My hope is that these cards will make it easier for other restaurant operators to quickly give access to important training such as recipes.

How It Works

1. Download the file and open the Canva template link.

2. Canva will prompt you to create your own editable copy.

3. Customize the recipe cards with your ingredients, quantities, and instructions.

4. Duplicate cards as needed to create recipes for your menu items or stations.

5. Download your finished cards as a PDF Print file.

To produce 4" × 6" laminated recipe cards, print the PDF using 4 pages per sheet in your printer settings.
