My main objective in starting my business this year is to support restaurant managers to realize fulfilling, successful careers in the industry. I believe the ways to do this are to offer coaching for restaurant leaders of all levels, provide consulting services for restaurant operations or leadership development for organizations, and to share the many tools I have developed over decades that have helped my own teams.
Whenever possible, I will share free content that can be used by writing in specific information or as an example to create your own tool. There are templated versions of these tools available for sale as well, so if you would like to have customized tools I'd greatly appreciate your support.
